Jersey Cricket Chooses 3Ci Sport as Local Production Partner
Jersey Cricket are delighted to confirm 3Ci Sport as our digital media partner for the 2024 season.
3Ci Sport will provide unique broadcast quality output this summer for cricket fans in the Channel Islands and beyond. Included in the partnership will be coverage of cricket across the international and domestic schedule.
The main events to benefit from the live and on-demand content production deal include:
- Brooks Macdonald Premier League T20 Finals Day – Saturday 29th June
- Jersey Evening Post Cup Final - Friday 12th July
- Women’s T20i Inter Insular – Sunday 14th July
- Belasko CI League Final – Saturday 31st August
- Men’s 50 Over Inter Insular – Saturday 7th September
Further to the above, production of a Women & Girls promotional video is already underway to showcase the fantastic work being done across the female pathway in Jersey in the hope of attracting more girls into cricket.
3Ci Sport will provide cost-effective high-quality multi-camera live streams with commentators for the showcase events of the summer including the T20 finals day. The winners will secure a place at the lucrative European Cricket League event in Spain in 2025.
Commenting on the partnership, Lee Meloy, Head of Cricket Operations at Jersey Cricket said, “Live streaming of cricket is regularly accessible online these days and we wanted to join the party. At international level we have a big online presence following our men’s and women’s national teams results so getting home fixtures broadcast will get people watching. With so much riding on T20 Finals Day we wanted to ensure our domestic game also gets the focus it deserves”.
